dime [tt] gives you the ability to process the transient and tonal components of your audio as completely independent tracks.

What's more, instead of limiting you to a set of baked-in effects for transient shaping, dime[tt] lets you use your very own VST3 and AU plugins, providing you instead with a novel way to make the most out of your existing plugin library.

    Features
fast, dead simple transient-tonal splitting: dial-in the perfect transient-tonal separation via two simple knobs: sensitivity and decay. works great on single sources, as well as vocal and drum busses.
build your own effect chains: dime[tt] can host VST3 or AudioUnit plugins (regardless of whether you run it in VST3 or AudioUnit), and lets you chain up to 4 plugins in a chain to process each split signal path. it also embeds the UIs of each plugin inside its own, and passes through the sidechain signal to all the hosted plugins that support sidechain input.
hosted parameter mappings: tweak your hosted plugins without needing to open the hosted plugins UIs, by mapping any of the hosted plugins' parameters to a set of sliders in dime[tt]'s interface.
waveform visualizers: see the transient-tonal separation in action, thanks to realtime display of the split waveforms.
internal latency compensation: it goes without saying, dime[tt] handles the differences in latencies of the different plugin chains and compensates for them internally before joining the paths to provide a coherent, clean output.
solo: monitor each split signal in isolation. very useful for fine-tuning and hearing what dime[tt] and its hosted plugins are doing to your input audio.
balance and dry/wet: tweak the balance of your signal between the two split signals, and dial-in the overall effect of dime as needed through a global mix knob.
