    For several hundred years, Chen Style Tai Chi is deeply obsessed by many peeople for its health preversation sake. These exercise help the player take in Qi to cultivate his vitality in the body and reserve it at Dan Tian, and then change it into spirit, that is, from Tai Chi to Wu Chi(unlimit), which is the ultimate good of Tai Chi.
    Chan Si Gong is simple and easy to learn through repeated practice of it's gentle spiraling movements integral to Chen style Tajiquan, the student can master the way of movement guided by Tai ji principles.
    Chan Si Gong gives you the key to understanding the real art of Tai ji quan and Tui Shou (Push Hands). Chan Si Gong is divided into two parts. The exercises of part 1 map out the basic pathway of Qi around the Dan tian, while those of part 2 further elaborate the transportation of energy throughout the body. Every movement of each exercise is demonstrated clearly with Master Chen's direction guiding your Qi along its route spiraling out from the Dantian and returning to the Center.
