Joseph Wilson, 5th degree Black belt, Hand-to-hand Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor (regularly training THOUSANDS of recruits!), owner of the most successful martial arts school in the US South-East and member of the CST Head Coaching staff. He holds black belts in 10 styles of martial arts, including Kenpo, Jujitsu, Taekwondo, and Wing Chun. As well as a member of the World Sokeship Council Hall of Fame. In working with this DVD I realized that my prior years of MMA training had limited my leg mobility to certain specific ranges, the ranges that were called on in that fighting style. This material has helped tremendously in compensating for that specific conditioning and in restoring the full healthy range of motion of my hips and legs. As a happy byproduct, it has also increased my kicking speed and fluidity. There's kicking, and then there's fighting with your legs.
