    Welcome to Shoulder Fix! I’m so excited you’re here. In this series, we’ll be using my Flex & Flow Method—a simple, yoga-inspired approach that blends stretching, strength, and relaxation—to help you

    release shoulder tension,
    move more freely,
    and build lasting strength in your joints and muscles.

    Do you have tight shoulders? With Shoulder Fix you’ll walk away with a simple 5-10 minute daily routine you can stick to—giving you complete control over your shoulder health.

    We’ll work through three easy-to-follow modules:

    Module I focuses on passive and dynamic stretching.
    Module II builds your stability with strengthening drills.
    Module III offers a mix of morning and evening mobility flows.

    Plus a free PDF guide detailing each exercise, stretch and flow routine AND a system for measuring your progress. When you see how you've increased you interna; and/or external range of motion, you'll be motivated to keep going.
