From the introduction: The Aircraft in Action series is a new concept. Between the covers of this book will be found some of the finest photographs of aircraft ever taken. Text has been kept to a minimum, since we feel that there are many books available dealing with the aircraft in detail, but lacking in photos that the discriminating collector and modeler is seeking.
