Natalia Onet, Romania’s representative at the Miss World 2015 beauty pageant, won the Miss World Eastern Europe title. The competition took place in Sanya, China.

Onet, 26, also received a modelling contract of EUR 30,000 for one year offered by a Chinese modelling agency, according to Miss World Romania’s organisers.

The young woman didn’t manage to qualify among the top 20 finalists but ranked 17th following the online vote, according to the same source.

It was Romania’s best result in the last nine years at the four major international beauty competitions (Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss International).
