Adam Douglas has left behind two studio albums, one live album and a long series of concerts around the country and the beach. On March 5, it's finally time for his third full - length, a midlife analysis named "Better Angels". And on that occasion, of course, there will also be a tour!

A few weeks after Adam Douglas released "Better Angels" on March 5, he turns 40, a milestone for many and an entrance to the well-known midlife crisis. Adam is not heading into a crisis, but rather he spends his time analyzing himself and his choices. He dives deeper into what his musical genre is, but also into how growing up in Oklahoma, USA has affected him and what being a father has done with the choices he makes for himself and his family. "Better Angels" explores American roots music interspersed with mixes of soul, rock 'n roll, blues, country, rhythm and blues and jazz, resulting in a conclusion that Adam cannot be placed in one musical genre. On the album, he has found his soul in a genre he simply calls Adam. That's what Adam Douglas is; such as with the home state of Oklahoma, a melting pot of different genres and with impulses from outside.

When Adam goes on tour again this year, he will take the new album, tailored for a concert, with a full band and winds as the crown of the work. 2020 was an involuntarily quiet year for many artists, but Adam and the band have used their time well. Songs like "Joyous We'll Be" and "Change My Mind" from "Better Angels" have already been to concerts, but in 2021 it's time to take them a step further when winds also join the tour!

As always, Adam does not hold back, and the big voice will once again compete for attention with his own guitar. With both new and old songs, the audience can expect a live show without equal. It will be Adam Douglas in familiar style - like nothing less than a firework on stage!
