Kick Off is Africa's biggest-selling sports magazine and among the country's top-selling publications, with a predominantly black male market. It was launched as a monthly magazine at the beginning of 1994, and converted to a fortnightly publication in mid-1996. It is the country's most successful soccer magazine and has established a reputation as the leading authority on the game in South Africa.
