Díma Bilán (Russian: Ди́ма Била́н, IPA: [ˈdʲimə bʲɪˈlan]; born Ви́ктор Никола́евич Бела́н, Víktor Nikoláevich Belán, 24 December 1981 in Ust-Dzheguta, Karachay–Cherkessia) is a Russian actor and singer-songwriter. Bilan represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with "Never Let You Go", finishing second, and he won the contest in 2008 in Belgrade, with the song "Believe". He has had several Russian number one hit records.

Mechtatel (Russian: Мечтатель, English: Dreamer) is the sixth album by Russian singer-songwriter Dima Bilan.
On the recording of the album Dima worked in Russia and the U.S.. Vocal producer and the author of several songs the English part of the album was Jim Beanz, who works closely with Timbaland, Keri Hilson, Nelly Furtado, Chris Cornell, Ashlee Simpson, and many others, and is also co-author of the song Bilan's "Believe". Music became a producer J. R. Rotem, among the works which dozens of hits including Rihanna's hit "SOS" and the duo Nicky Minaj and Rihanna's "Fly".
In addition, the album present a duet with popular singer Anastacia, singer Yulia Krylova and sister Anna Dima Bilan, and one of the songs written by popular singer Ne-Yo. The author of the song "Dreamer", which gave the name of the album, is a member of the popular group Vintage Alexei Romanov.
