Living Room Music was also the title of a 1940 Cage's composition, not to speaking of Satie's "Musique d'ameublement": Alvin variant was to invite at his Roma house, between december 2008 and june 2009, fellowship traveling musicists, let them freely create and then using each recording, sometimes with street sounds trespassing from the living room windows, as "raw matter" for a radio broadcasting composition commissioned by Berlin's Deutschlandradio Kultur, broadcasted on September 2009. This is the concert version, recorded on January 2010.

Recorded by Rai Radio 3 at Teatro Studio, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Roma on Saturday 30 January, 2010 (I was there)
and broadcasted, inside the program "Battiti", on Friday 5 February 2010 (at 2 am o'clock I was on Sleeping Room, only my Avatar Hal 20.00 was there …).
The splitted broadcast version, with or without the announcers, can be burn on a regular cd.
I've included also the uncut radio broadcast, why the Alvin's visual-music start with him "working" with a giant seashell (around 1 meter long!) over the piano cords and the announcers, for a few seconds, overlap the seashell grasping-rolling sounds.
At the starting of the uncutted version, as an intro, there is a piece by Rob Mazurek Quintet: The Star Splitter, from the cd "Sound Is" Delmark DE 586 - 2009
