The third Elifantree disk Movers and Shakers carry a personal expression of the band in new directions. The album as a thematic has been inspired by a number of poets.
Singer Anni Elif Egecioglun, saxophonist Paul formed by Lyytinen and drummer Tatu Rönkkö Elifantree will release their third album, movers and shakers in February through Tampere-based Eclipse record label. The new album will update the Elifantree sound and set the band ever further into your kartalleen genre definitions beyond.

In 2010, their debut album released Elifantree has come a long way in a short time one of Finland's most exciting new bands. Originally conceived mostly as experimental jazz combo Band is the latest now progressed in his career, musical world, where the band's genre defining feel even a little pointless. Jazz is the expression in the presence, but Elifantree is increasingly experimental pop music with elements of the electronic music. The songs have the space and freedom and new elements Elifantree music can be heard, in particular electro-acoustic sound of the world's deepening in respect of all instruments, the piano the increased role of the overall sound, sophisticated polyrhythms and exploitation of melodic perkussioelementtien.

Thematically, Movers and Shakers is therefore inspired by the poetry of the world and in particular the number of female poets, among them Chinese Ch'iu Chin (1879-1907) and the American Sylvia Plath (1932-1963), have been key sources of inspiration Elifantree. Literally, the album title is linked to the British poet Arthur O'Shaughnessy year 1874 poem "Ode". The poet himself describes the use of the term shakers as follows: "the ones who shake the foundations of conventional thinking by the strength of Their imagination and vision."
