GioAri consists of two Swiss artists: Giovanni Simona and Ariel Niggli. Giovanni Simona is an artist with a degree in geography and social ecology. He accompanies new geography teachers and is involved in various multicultural panels. He specializes in making relaxation and meditation music. Ariel Niggli produces different musical styles. He focused on composing relaxation, meditation and background music and music for healing therapies and visualizations in recent years. Both are living in the beautiful and inspiring Ticino area and are involved in ecological issues, ethnic music and lore of wisdom.
Through observations and experiences they try to understand the importance of sound with respect to concentration, relaxation, regeneration, creative imagination and meditation. Albums GioAri on Oreade Music label: Okeanos, Healing Water and Water & Light: The Seven Dreams.
