Fourth full length of this Finnish black death metal force shows us that they have indeed developed from their humble beginnings to a force to be reckoned with in the underground. Describe Lateral Constraint I would say that they have mixed various elements of black and death metal into one whole that does not shy away from eerie melodies that catch the listener's attention and keeps him interested in what's going on. Black metal is ever present in diabolical feeling of the music which primarily can be felt in mentioned mystical melodies while on the other hand death metal can be clearly heard blasting intensity, primarily from drum sessions.
