‘The Reflecting Void' is the fourth full-length for German one man Black Metal act Infestus. This is modern sounding metal that is more about darkness and introspection than about Satan and his minions. The sound isn't too cold or hellish, therefore. Instead we have a fairly balanced production and an emphasis on creating a nuanced and evocative journey through the depths of the human psyche.
