After two years of musical break, caused mostly by technical issues with sound editing and life situation change, I decided to come back to creating. For some time now, I’ve had some ideas in my head and the need to make something new was urgent. I made a brand-new, energetic product in a completely different, exciting for me way. All the software for midi-recording and various VST plug-ins were replaced with a simple, free program for audio recording, thanks to which I could register paths from the synthesizers: Roland Juno-D and Yamaha AN1x. That’s how ‘Soundstroke’ was made. Twelve instrumental tracks of electronic music that are a mix of different styles: from the classic electronic music through chill-out to the New Age music influences (that were the beginning of creative journey in 2008). ~ Jakub Fijak
