The band is instantly recognisable by the big, full sound of the all-acoustic ensemble and their use of rather adventurous backing vocals, but most of all from their touching lyrics set to bright, catchy melodies. The songs on the band’s first album are all penned by the leader, Aili Järvelä. They deal with a range of topics from fictional figures, such as suicidal Sam, to life’s eternal struggles such as love, loneliness and dreams.
