Olga Scheps - Satie (2016)

May 17, 2016, marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of Satie; on this occasion, the pianist Olga Scheps has a program that showcases at some of his most famous pages, three Gymnopédies, I want you and the six Gnossiennes; but also the rarest things as Sarabandes and Five grimaces for "Dream of a Summer Night" of 1915, a little surprising circumstances cycle of pieces designed to accompany Shakespeare as given at the Cirque Medrano Montmartre; Milhaud is who sets the piano version, being the original orchestra.
