Ryan Adams - Live At Carnegie Hall (Deluxe) (2015)

Alt-country hero Ryan Adams has had plenty of legendary live shows, most recently putting on a dress and performing as Natalie Prass. All gimmicks aside, however, the singer-songwriter will document his recent, heavy tour schedule with a new live album.

Last November, Adams performed a two-night stint at New York's legendary Carnegie Hall. If you weren't there, you're in luck, as a new release will let you relive the entire thing.

The release features 42 songs spread across six 180-gram vinyl LPs. The songs are organized by the nights they were performed, with the first three LPs covering the November 15 show and the second batch covering the November 17 show. Presumably, both halves of the set feature one blank side of vinyl, as the tracklisting only lists five playable sides for each night.

If a deluxe live box set is too much for you, casual Ryan Adams fans, there's also a condensed version of the live album. That one features 10 songs, and is fittingly called Ten Songs from Live at Carnegie Hall. It will be available on CD, vinyl and as a digital download.

Look for the enormous Live at Carnegie Hall release to arrive on April 21 via Pax-Am/Blue Note, with the same labels releasing Ten Songs on June 9.
