    After listening to Ad Astra you suddenly become aware of how much crap is out there on the radio. Here is a band that deserves radio airplay and they deserve it. Being a fan of Arch Enemy and Carcass, I was quite interested in checking out what Mike Amott could make another band sound like. This band has members from Firebird (Bill Stears band). Ludwig Witt (Firebird) does a fine job beating the skins, Roger Nilson (Firebird) strikes the bass like it hasn't been struck before and Spice does a fine job on Vocals. We shouldn't have to go into how great Mike Amott is because by now we all know. This disc absolutely slaughters kyuss (although they were one of original founders of stoner rock). I only wish that this could be more out in the orbit of the music world. Seriously though one listen to Ad Astra and you know that Spiritual Beggars means to grab your belt and tug at your beer gut (or lack there of) until you go buy another Beggars disc. Catchy songs, rockin beats, riffs that stick in your head for days, is what this album is mostly about and more. The singing is gruff and sludgy as well and this is one of the main characteristics, of S B. Rock n' Roll is what Spiritual does and fuck can they do it well.
    I leave the rest of this CD for you to judge. But if your a fan of Rock music, great grooves, and catchy songs, then I suggest this disc highly.

    The Highlights on this Album: Left Brain Ambassadors, Angel of Betrayal, Until the Morning, Wonderful World. Although all of them are uncomparable to each other these are my chosen tracks.
