The Tards are an awesome punk/thrash band, consisting of Keegan Smith on Vocals/Guitar, Mike Smith on Lead Guitar, Tome Cole-Nieves on Bass, and Evan Ryan on the drums. After a year and a half hiatus, the band is heavier and more powerful than ever!!!
