A really mind-bending collection of ivorian grooves recorded in the 70 ‘s in Abidjan edited by few of the best contemporary producers. For the 12 inch release , we include 5 titles: Dj Vas ( France ), Dj “The Reflex “( France), Mop Mop ( Germany) , Alma Negra (Switzerland) , Umoja ( Netherland), add their own flavours with massive new funk mixes , whilst cutting with dexterous percussive textures on the original versions. They bridge the gap between the new and the old , connect the dots and bring a new life on these rare old tracks.
