York are German dance music, record producer, and DJ brothers Torsten and Jorg Stenzel.
Both brothers were involved heavily in music in their youths and Torsten had some chart success in his home country and the low countries.
In 1998 the brothers teamed up to form York.
York released three singles, the first of which, The Awakening, reached #11 in the UK Singles Chart in October 1999.
With 250,000 copies shifted it is one of the biggest selling records in the UK not to make the Top 10!
