Daniele Vianello - Lunaria (2016)

To develop this project, the musician has experimented for the first time in writing a story, creating a character: Larry Craven. It is a millionaire who discovers he has the height of success still available a few months old. This fate led him to reevaluate his life, and to develop a new dream, a new mission: to die on the moon.

However, "Lunaria", is just the first chapter in a larger story that will develop in the near bassist disc with a novelty: the compositions will be formed not only by a vocal line, but also by a text. In addition to as a musician and composer, Daniel will wear, then, that of author and singer, "size that at this point of my career - the artist explains - feel indispensable and necessary for the realization of my musical vision."

Together with Vianello, the first evening presentation of "Lunaria" there will be Stefano Gajon on clarinet, Dario Zennaro on guitar and Davide Michieletto on drums, or the components of Daniele Piquette Trio. With this line - which, according to critics "exhibits a remarkable tonal versatility, harmonic, melodic and stylistic" (Jazzit 68) - Daniel has already released his first CD of original music, always for Caligula Records.
