Matia Bazar is an Italian musical group formed in Genoa in 1975. The original members of the group are Piero Cassano, Aldo Stellita and Carlo Marrale. Antonella Ruggiero was the first singer in the group. The group represented Italy in the 1979 Eurovision Song Contest with a song called Raggio di luna. Ti Sento was their major hit. It was number one in Belgium and Italy.

I Matia Bazar, negli anni 70, 80 e 90, sono stati la band pop italiana per eccellenza, collezionando successi in Italia e in Europa grazie a un’inesauribile vena compositiva e al talento vocale unico di Antonella Ruggiero. “Fantasia: Best & Rarities” arricchisce la serie “Best & Rarities” targata Emi con questo doppio cd che include tutti i singoli della band genovese (compresa la canzone “Raggio Di Luna” che partecipò all’Eurofestival nel 1979 e mai inclusa in cd ad oggi) più una serie di rarità e brani mai inclusi in cd e oramai introvabili che faranno la gioia di fan ed estimatori della formazione.
