A Sound of Thunder - premiere release (Nick Glennie-Smith). A Sound of Thunder had the premiere in 2005 but any album was edited for the soundtrack. The newborn label Dragon's Domain Records begins its path with the soundtrack of this movie as its first release.

The score of the Hans Zimmer's colleague for many years is not an excessively typical product of the Media Ventures/Remote Control factory, but with the unmistakable stamp of Zimmer's sound and his pupils, not in vain Glennie-Smith is a permanent collaborator in the soundtracks production of Hans Zimmer, though his filmography as principal composer is not very extensive. This premiere release of the soundtrack of A Sound of Thunder will finally allow to listen to the music of the movie, though its edition release is very limited. With an issue of only 1000 copies, it has seen undoubtedly influenced for being the first release of a newborn record label, for being a score of 10 years ago (that undoubtedly reduces commercial power) and, in turn, for having been composed for a composer that, though he is well-known (though more for his collaborations with Zimmer than for his own compositions), it is far from being a top composer of the Hollywood panorama.
