Paul McCartney - Up and Coming Tour (2010)

The Up and Coming Tour is a concert tour by Paul McCartney. The tour began on March 28, 2010, at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona (Phoenix suburb), included two concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, following with concerts in Miami and San Juan, the latter marking McCartney's first concert in Puerto Rico.

After months of speculation Paul confirmed that he would be taking his ‘Up and Coming Tour’ back to Brazil and Argentina. Paul and his band arrived in November for a show in Porto Alegre November 7 Beira Rio Stadium and two in Sao Paulo, on November 21 and November 22, both at Morumbi Stadium, and two shows in River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires November 10 and 11.
“It's great to bring this tour to Brazil. I love Brazil, they love their music - I love them, I love their music.” says Paul. “We have beautiful memories of Brazil and Argentina, they are great places to play. The fans are great and it’s very exciting to be returning. I love South American audiences. I always think I have Latin blood because I connect so strongly with their love of music and their love of rhythm and their love of melody, so I always feel like I have a very big bond with South American people and Latin people in general”.
