"Last Rites" - триумфальное возвращение родоначальников тяжелой музыки наряду с BLACK SABBATH, пионеров traditional doom metal, легендарных американцев PENTAGRAM, ведущих свою историю с 1971 года!
Спустя целых 7 лет после выхода последней пластинки "Showem How" (2004) на Black Widow Records, и претерпев множество проблем и неувязок, группа вернулась к одному из своих классических составов и заключила контракт с Metal Blade Records на выпуск нового альбома.
На "Last Rites" пентаграмщики выдали настоящий олдскул - укачивающий бас, пронизывающий вокал бессменного фронтмена Бобби Лиеблинга, обволакивающие гитарные риффы с приятным, но в то же время холодноватым фуззовым звучанием, пожалуй самым мрачным за всю историю группы.
