Three recordings of Stan Getz's that support this CD compilation: 'Anniversary', 'Serenity' and 'People Time'. All records were made in July 1987 in the 'Café Montmartre in Copenhagen (Denmark), disappeared years ago. This is not jazz of the 80 or 90. This is a classic jazz master like Getz, accompanied in recent years of his career by a huge figure of the jazz piano, Kenny Barron. This music style exceeds the 'cool' of his earlier years. Now Getz plays beautiful ballads, heartfelt and poignant, expressive, romantic, sad, emotional, deep, and interpreting stories that create a unique jazz.Track list:
