The IBM ILOG CPLEX connector for AMPL enables users to develop optimization models from AMPL®, a comprehensive, powerful and flexible algebraic modeling language for linear, nonlinear and integer programming problems. AMPL was originally developed at Bell Laboratories, the research and development arm of Lucent Technologies. It is now developed, supported and available from AMPL, LLC.
