Photook is a handy and reliable application designed to enable you to manage and edit EXIF information for digital photos. Photook provides the ability to import all photos from a chosen folder, but it can also import face tags from Picasa albums.

It supports hierarchical keywords which enables you to organize your keywords pool in a neat way.
