The 2010 film Clash of the Titans is a remake of the 1981 classic of the same name. The story follows Perseus, a young mortal who embarks on a quest to defeat the Kraken and save the city of Argos from the wrath of the gods. After his mother's death at the hands of Hades, Perseus sets out on a perilous journey to battle Medusa, the winged horses, and other mythical creatures to reach the Underworld and ultimately confront Hades himself. Along the way, he meets a demigod named Andromeda, who becomes his love interest, and must confront his own mortality and the gods' involvement in human affairs.
