The documentary examining the real-life incident that inspired the famous film, involving a 13-year-old boy who seemingly became possessed by spirits following the death of his beloved aunt. After seeking hospital treatment to no avail, the youngster was taken to a priest who performed a six-week exorcism to rid him of his troubles, which eventually disappeared. Scientists examine the case and explore the different possibilities that could provide a rational explanation to the phenomenon.
