Audio Commentary: Director Nick Cassavetes, writer James Kearns, cinematographer Roger Stoffers, actress Kimberly Elise, and producer Mark Burg sit down to habitually praise every aspect of the production, the on-screen performances, and the filmmakers' vision. Still, aside from several surprising stretches of silence, the track does manage to cover a lot of ground.

    Extras:
Fighting for Care (34:27): The best feature of the bunch is a lengthy organ transplant documentary that digs into the challenges facing doctors and patients, problems with America's health care system, and the tense relationship between hospital moneymakers and families struggling to get by. The only downside is that the information provided, while captivating, is slightly dated.
Deleted Scenes (21:00): While the majority of extensions and deletions in this plodding collection are forgettable, a pair of scenes with James Woods are worth watching.
