Peace Family is a new musical group born at the beginning of the new millenium. Carry Us Home is Peace Family's third CD in less than 2 years. To listen to Snatam is to enter a dream state that takes you beyond time and space. In this world of tension and stress, peace is just a click away when you experience the sounds and vibrations of this album. With backup from the other musicians of Peace Family, Snatam's voice and style of expression are unlike any you have heard before. Producer Liv Singh Khalsa added his special brand of magic to help create yet another album that is truly out of this world. It is clear that there are many paths leading to the same destination of higher consciousness. As with the previous two Peace Family CD's, To Heaven and Beyond and Reunion, Carry Us Home is a fusion of styles both East and West, a unique expression of modern spirituality woven into eight increadibly beautiful new songs.

Founded by Snatam Kaur, Livtar Singh and GuruGanesha Singh, Peace Family went into the studio in January 2000 to create their first CD. When they started playing, they had so much music to share that they ended up with 2 CDs, To Heaven and Beyond and Reunion. Carry Us Home, the third CD from Peace Family, features eight incredibly beautiful new songs produced during the Winter and Spring of 2001. Special musical guests include Zoran Todorovic on sarod, guitars, percussion and e-bow; Thomas Barquee on keyboards and vocals; Mike King on bass; Tony Redhouse on percussion; and Susan Rivers on Celtic harp. Carry Us Home was produced and arranged by Liv Singh and Thomas Barquee.
