It is commonly said that Pink Floyd was at one point approached by Stanley Kubrick to perform music for the film "2001 A Space Odyssey". However they turned it down due to other commitments (and Roger Waters said it was his "greatest regret").
This DVD fulfills Roger's dream by synchronizing the whole Stanley Kubrick's movie with several songs from various albums of the Pink Floyd
It is well known that "Echoes", the masterpiece of Meddle album, perfectly synchronizes with the final segment of 2001 (Jupiter and Beyond the Infinite), even if the band members always denied that this synch was intentional (read the Wiki).
A step further, this DVD synchronizes several songs from various Pink Floyd's albums released between 1969 and 1971, just after the release of Kubrick's movie, including Meddle, Ummagumma and Atom Heart Mother with the whole movie.
This DVD is the definitive trip that will take you to places you never knew existed.
