M Path is the brainchild of producers Gardner Cole and Mitchell Markus. The music is a mystical blend of traditional Indian music fused with pop and funk sensibilities. Journey To The Heart is arranged in a particular rhythmic sequence, similar to the way a typical yoga practice might flow: There's a slow easing in, followed by a gradual buildup in pace and concluding with a quiet, restful, Savasana-like ending.
