My notes about the scans…
I have nearly finished taken the scans [400dpi (*), BMP format]; and in order to gain time, I decided to
upload this unmodified scans, in 4 parts (**); by this way I thought, also I will gain time for uploading, and also
friends who wants to download scans in this format can gain time, if they are free about downloading now..
Again, I'll suggest friends (***) before deciding to download BMP format scans, to download the one example
scan that I gaved the link below, to examine this example and then give a decision…
Unmodified scans will take apr. more than 3 Gigabyte (uncompressed size); and apr. 1,25 GB. in WinRar…
If any friend who will download this 3 GB. scans; I hardly congratulate him/her from now on; for being both a jazz-mania
and also a great Miles Davis mania.. :)

(*) I first decided to take the scans in 600dpi, JPG format (in order to reduce the scan files length);
and I made a mini-test with comparing 600dpi JPG and 400dpi BMP. But I think, because of BMP is a lossless format,
it gave more success, then I prefered BMP. (Especially at the right-end of the left page and left-begin of the right page;
sometimes words were very hard to read with 600dpi. JPG)
(**) I will give other parts of this BMP scans in my 5, 6 and 7th posts.. And other formats (JPG, PNG, modified scans, etc.)
will be finished in 7th CD post.
(***) As the booklet of this boxset can not be opened without destroying, this post's scans has a big disadvantage; again I say,
don't forget to examine sample scan below, first.
