The album, called "Unanchored", was recored at Degraw Sound in Brooklyn with her band Silya & The Sailors. Going for an unpolished sound and oldschool way of recording, it became an extention of the liveshows she's been honing in New York for the past year. Soloist emotional, rough, sometimes even some "dirty." But this record more wins and its soloist in this very conducive. Beautiful voice and excellent performance is very interesting tracks - that's what you'll find on this album.
