Mercury Prize-nominated, UK electric jazz group LED BIB greet 2014 their 10th anniversary with two new releases. 'The Good Egg' is a very limited, live, vinyl-only release. Now vinyl fiends and fans can hear for themselves what all the fuss being kicked up over the group's performances all over Europe is all about!
Led Bib is Mark Holub (drums), Liran Donin (upright and electric bass), Toby McLaren (Fender Rhodes and keyboards),
Chris Williams (alto saxophone), and
Pete Grogan (alto saxophone). The band experienced widespread acclaim following the release of their 4th album 'Sensible Shoes' when it was announced as an Album of the Year in the Barclaycard Mercury Prize. The ensuing media storm saw them reach in excess of 20 million people as they performed on TV & Radio sessions throughout the UK.
The band has performed at festivals and venues all over England and Europe and is continuing to do so throughout 2014. With the release of 'The Good Egg', you can have your very own festival performance by the band!
