One of the best guitarists in the gypsy jazz style, this being his last album. Highly recommended.
Born in 1961, he was the son of a renowned violinist of the time. With his father he made his first lines. At the age of 13-14 years, he began to perform on stage. Mito Loeffler has two son (Fleco and Zaïti) and a brother (Dorno) accompanying on guitar at his concerts. However, from 2009 to 2011, he was during his performances often accompanied by Nicolas Chaboud and Alexander Friederich, two members of the group Swing Belleville, rhythm guitar. Mito Loeffler died November 5, 2011 during transport to the hospital in Mulhouse following a heart attack occurred at home, the gypsy camp Zillisheim.
