Sophie Milman - Her Very Best ... So Far (2013)

Internationally acclaimed JUNO Award winning jazz vocalist Sophie Milman is widely regarded as one of Canada s best jazz singers. Although she was barely into her 20s when she released her self titled 2004 debut album, it became a major hit in Canada, establishing her as a rising star and an in demand live act.

Her 2007 sophomore album Make Someone Happy debuted at #1 on the Billboard. Canadian Jazz chart, peaked at #3 on Billboard s U.S. Jazz chart, and won a JUNO Award as Vocal Jazz Album of the Year.

In 2009, Take Love Easy also debuted at #1 on Billboard s Canadian jazz chart and reached #4 in the U.S. Milman s success with sales in excess of 100,000 units has led to performances at such prestigious venues as the Hollywood Bowl, the Kennedy Center, the Montréal Jazz Festival, Toronto s Massey Hall and the legendary Blue Note club in New York and Japan.
