Mandolin virtuoso Chris Thile’s Bach: Sonatas and Partitas, Vol. 2 is due November 7, 2025, on Nonesuch Records. The two-LP album comprises Partita No. 2 in D minor, BWV 1004; Sonata No. 3 in C major, BWV 1005; and Partita No. 3 in E major, BWV 1006.

Grammy award winning artist, Trisha Yearwood, is set to release her album, Christmastime, on 11/7, which is accompanied by a symphony orchestra across all tracks. The 12 track album will be supported by her 12 days of Christmas tour in December of 2025 and one of the tracks features her husband, Garth Brooks. Trisha will be featured in the Disney Christmas special set to air on ABC and will also be performing some of the tracks live on Good Morning America in November.

Workin’ Man: Willie Sings Merle is Willie Nelson’s 78th solo studio album and 155th album overall. It features Willie's new interpretations of classic songs written by Merle Haggard, the latest in Nelson’s storied history of focusing entire albums on a single songwriter’s or artist’s work. Nelson and Haggard were longtime friends and collaborators who released three collaborative albums together: 1983’s Pancho and Lefty, 2007’s Last of The Breed (alongside Ray Price) and 2015’s Django and Jimmie.

Paul McCartney has today announced WINGS, a new Wings ‘best of’ that will be available across a number of formats including a McCartney and SDE-exclusive blu-ray audio with Dolby Atmos Mixes. Unlike the Wingspan compilation from 2001, this new collection sticks strictly to songs from Wings albums (and Wings non-album singles) and so doesn’t include any solo hits adjacent to this era (such as ‘Another Day’ or ‘Coming Up’) or anything from 1971’s Ram (credited to Paul and Linda McCartney), despite ‘Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey’ being a US No 1 hit single in September 1971.

The Cranberries performed on MTV's Unplugged in 1995 in promotion for their sophomore album, No Need To Argue, but the audio has never been released, until now. Released in the full 9-song, 45-minute performance.

Three classic easy-listening albums by Paul Mauriat and His Orchestra, originally released in 1980 on the Philips label, together on one CD and remastered from the original analogue stereo tapes for Vocalion's trademark crystal-clear sound. French composer/conductor Paul Mauriat is a classically trained musician who decided to pursue a career in popular music. His first major success came in 1962, as a co-writer of the European hit "Chariot." In 1963, the song was given English lyrics, renamed "I Will Follow Him," and became a number one American hit for Little Peggy March. Mauriat is best remembered for his 1968 worldwide smash "Love Is Blue."

Much can be said about the late Amy Winehouse, one of the U.K.'s flagship vocalists during the 2000s. The British press and tabloids seemed to focus on her rowdy behavior, heavy consumption of alcohol, and tragic end, but fans and critics alike embraced her rugged charm, brash sense of humor, and distinctively soulful and jazzy vocals. Her platinum-selling breakthrough album, Frank (2003), elicited comparisons ranging from Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan to Macy Gray and Lauryn Hill. Interestingly enough, despite her strong accent and vernacular, one can often hear aspects of each of those singers' vocal repertoires in Winehouse's own voice. Nonetheless, her allure had always been her songwriting – almost always deeply personal but best known for its profanity and brutal candor.
