is an American comic book independently-published by Terry Moore under his Abstract Studio imprint. The first issue was released on March 5, 2008. Echo's story revolves around Julie, a young photographer who inadvertently comes into contact with the metallic remnants of a high-tech battle suit that exploded on field testing. The only thing, though, is that the metal fragments have adhered to, and is covering, her body. Moore himself says the premise of Echo is a woman living in today's America who is dealing with a sudden unbelievable change to her daily life. The issues open with different quotes: Issues 1-5 open each time with a different quote from Albert Einstein; Issues 6-10 open with different quotes from J. Robert Oppenheimer; Issue 11 opens with The Biwabik Sum by Ed Oberg and Jay A. Johnson; Issue 12 opens with a quote from Stephen Hawking; and the latest, Issue #13, opens with a quote by Stanley Baldwin. Issues 1-5 have been collected into a trade paperback entitled "Moon Lake" and issues 6-10 into another entitled "Atomic Dreams."

It follows survivors dealing with a zombie-like plague that causes it victims to carry out their most evil thoughts and wishes, including murder, rape, mutilation, arson, etc. Carriers of the virus are known as the Crossed since a cross-like rash appears on their faces. This contagion is primarily spread through bite wounds but can be spread by any bodily fluid, which the Crossed use to deadly effect in one instance by treating their ammunition with their infected fluids, making even a flesh wound a disease vector. The main story takes place ten months after the first outbreaks, with flashbacks to those events. It is narrated in the past tense. As with Garth Ennis' comics, graphic, violent, and even more sexually explicit. Intended for Mature readers.

Storyline heroine Calie Liddle returns home for the first time since escaping the realm of madness that is Wonderland and is haunted by the horrific memories trapped within the walls. She bravely prepares to enter Wonderland one last time on a desperate mission to rescue her daughter. Issue #0 serves as a prologue to the planned six-issue limited series (7 if #0 is counted). As a must-read it is filled with fun extras such as a hospital report on the blood bath that took place in issue 6 of Beyond Wonderland and character bios on everyone from the Red Queen to the Jabberwock complete with each character's special abilities and powers.

I thought I had completely posted the entire the Grimm Fairy Tales series of comic books together with its spin-offs in avaxhome but i certainly overlooked this one by Joe Brusha & Martin Moniel, published last January 21, 2009. The first giant-sized issue from Zenescope's hit Grimm Fairy Tales series. This special double-sized issue explores Belinda's mysterious past, re-imagining the classic fairy tale .
