On November 13, 2020, Thomas Naïm's new jazz/blues trio opus, "SOUNDS OF JIMI" (Rootless Blues/L'autre Distribution) has been released. This is an important event for Thomas cause it’s an album that pays tribute to a musician that had a great impact on him, the American guitarist Jimi Hendrix. This album also benefits from special guests Hugh Coltman, Erik Truffaz, Célia Kameni and Camille Bazbaz.

When news first emerged in late 1989 that the E Street Band had been dismissed indefinitely by Bruce Springsteen, it began nine years of uncertainty and speculation as to when, if ever, they would join forces again. They did come back together to record new material for Greatest Hits in 1995 and undertook a small series of promotional appearances in support of it, but the fact that they parted ways again without touring only made the odds of a full return feel even longer.

After meeting and jamming at the Nordtrad conference, Ragnhild Knudsen (Norway) and Pauliina Syrjälä (Finland) formed their duo in 2015. Songs that telling about the beauty of nature, my longing to : my comrades, relatives and friends who passed away during the ongoing war. But also some songs are about optimism and hope for a safe and beautiful future despite what our world is going through today. Even showing the thankfulness to the universe for creating my mother and for looking after her until she brought me to this world. In this album I’m also expressing my gratitude and appreciation for my mother’s existence.
