ÉCLAT (who called themselves ÉCLAT DE VERS on their first album) are a French quintet formed in 1989 under the leadership of guitarist/vocalist Alain Charazzo. Their style straddles the worlds of both symphonic prog and guitar-driven rock, alternately featuring beautiful, acoustic melodies and jazzy fireworks. Chiarazzo's outstanding guitar play and the strong foundation behind every piece is the band's strength.
Their material got jazzier and more instrumental over the years – from the highly melodic and poetic first album "Éclat de Vers" in '91 (symphonic prog with hints of jazz) to their latest cd, the almost exclusively instrumental "Le Cri de la Terre" (a jazz-rock album with hints of symphonic prog). In between, they released the elegant "Éclat II" that should please EDHELS and 80's era CAMEL fans, the slightly ethnic-flavoured "Volume 3" and their live album "Éclat en concert, in 1998".
Fans from both ends of the spectrum (symphonic prog and jazz-fusion buffs alike) should find something to their liking with ÉCLAT, particularly those who appreciate some flamboyant guitar play.

Finnish composer/musician Varjosielu handles, once again, all the lyrics and music as well as the visual arts included in the booklet. One more very talented and real artist from the amazing European underground scene. Although "Mieli Maassa" is Häive's debut release, three demos were made since the band started in late 2002.
Häive is a cool Scandinavian band to discover, with brand new music from the woods.

The legendary Master is back again with “The Human Machine” and it’s ready to blow some heads off with their traditional old-school Trash/Death Metal aural assault that we have been witnessing since the band first started, back in the 80’s. Note: If you don’t know who the almighty Master is, then you need to get your Metal facts straight and do some research before you continue to listening to Metal music.

Live-Evil is one of Miles Davis' most confusing and illuminating documents. As a double album, it features very different settings of his band – and indeed two very different bands. The double-LP CD package is an amalgam of a December 19, 1970, gig at the Cellar Door, which featured a band comprised of Miles, bassist Michael Henderson, drummer Jack DeJohnette, guitarist John McLaughlin, saxophonist Gary Bartz, Keith Jarrett on organ, and percussionist Airto.
