"The Sellout" is the Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Macy Gray's first album in more than 3 years and will be released by Concord Records in the end of the next month. "The Sellout", featuring 12 new songs, was co-written and executive produced by Gray in Los Angeles throughout 2009. The album was mixed by Manny Marroquin whose credits include top 10 singles for Lady Gaga, Jay Z, Rihanna, Alicia Keyes, Kanye West and John Mayer. Collaborators on the album include Bobby Brown, The Bodyrockers' Kaz James and Slash, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum formerly of Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver.

Together Again is an album by The Temptations, released on Motown Records in the fall of 1987. It was the only album released during the third tenure of Temptations lead Dennis Edwards, who had replaced Ali-Ollie Woodson as leader of the group earlier in the year. By the end of 1988, Edwards had departed (for a third and final time), and Woodson returned to lead the group again.

Runestone is perhaps one of the last, great new age bands out there. Their music is melodic, thought provoking keyboard compositions. If you like old Yanni, David Arkenstone and such artists, then this cd is for you. When everyone else jumped on the commercial band wagon and started adding all of the Middle Eastern and jazz influences to their music.. Runestone stayed true to form with what this kind of music was meant to be all about. Some of their albums are a bit more mellow and relaxing, but these guys have some exellent albums that are sure to satisfy the die hard new age music fan.

Over the course of its decades-long existence, Roomful of Blues effectively became a franchise unto itself, built more on a brand-name collective identity than on the voices of the myriad individual members who kept the band a smoothly humming machine. Back in May, Over The Rhine holed up in Joe Henry’s Garfield House studio to record their latest record. The Long Surrender will be released on January 11, 2011. In October, the band hosted an online preview for fans who pre-ordered the album during the fundraising drive. It’s safe to say that the result will please fans of both OtR and JH’s production work.
