As Sergio Mendes reached the peak of his first A&M period with Brasil '66, his old company, Atlantic, continued to release new instrumental Mendes albums, of which this was the last. As on the Brasil '66 recordings of the time, Mendes exposes fresh material from the '60s bumper crop of great Brazilian songwriters: Edu Lobo, Dori Caymmi, Baden Powell, Chico Buarque, and Caetano Veloso.

Born on September 13th, 1944 in the Windy City, Peter Cetera was best known as the frontman of Chicago. With such hits as "If You Leave Me Now" and "Hard To Say I'm Sorry", Cetera built himself a well deserved reputation as a successful singer/songwriter. By the early 1970s, Chicago became one of the most popular bands in America, and Cetera's fame grew as well. Even when he quit the band, Cetera quickly returned to the charts with his smash hits "The Glory Of Love" and "After All".

Insidious is the fifth album by the melodic death metal band Nightrage. The album is set to be released September 26th in Europe and a day later in North America (September 27th) through German label, Lifeforce Records.

Lechery, built around former Arch Enemy guitarist Martin Bengtsson, was formed in 2004 and released it's first album "Violator" in 2008. "In Fire" is the follow-up and sees the band covering a wider spread of heavy metal sounds. There's a definite leaning towards battle metal throughout, though pure power metal, straight ahead heavy metal and more crop up as the album plays through.
