"Sugar for Mr. Morrison" follows, which was recorded during Free's second BBC session, from November of 1968.

VISION FIELDS are for sure one of the most sought-after AOR band from Germany as they released some top rated albums so far. “Icesail” is their 1992-release and it contains again a brilliant mix of atmospheric Westcoast and catchy Hi-tech AOR. It starts with the super smooth “Mother Earth”, that offers big carpet of keyboards, tasty guitar fills and such a great chorus.

The Rev. Peyton's Big Damn Band bridges genres and eras with an intensity and effortlessness few contemporary artists possess. And their new album 'So Delicious' elevates the trio's work to a new level. Produced by Rev. Peyton, 'So Delicious', offers the band's most diverse collection of songs buoyed by the Rev.'s supercharged six-string virtuosity - a unique style of fingerpicking inspired by his Delta blues heroes, but taken to new, original heights. The fifth full-length original album by the group includes Breezy Peyton on washboard and supporting vocals and Ben Bussell on drums and supporting vocals.

The featured bands on this DVD are Amon Düül II, Can, Frumpy, Lucifer's Friend, Epitaph, Birth Control, Passport, Guru Guru, Popol Vuh, Kraftwerk, Embryo, Novalis, Lothar Meid, Eloy and Jane. These bands deliver a lot of variety, from psychedelic (Amon Duul II), experimental (Popol Vuh) and jazzy (Passport) to symphonic rock (Novalis and Eloy), bluesrock (Frumpy) and hardrock (Lucifer's Friend). I was very delighted about the tracks by Frumpy (great Hammond organ sound), Amon Duul II (captivating psychedelic rock with raw guitar, a powerful violin solo and lots of weird synthesizer sounds), Eloy (wonderful and lush sound with Hammond, Minimoog and fiery electric guitar along the warm and distinctive vocals by Frank Bornemann),

Born in 1931, Michel Legrand, who is best-known as a film score composer, was in his late teens and early '20s in the decade following World War II as he divided his time between classical studies and playing jazz piano in Paris nightclubs. Obviously, he remembers the era well, and on this album he has arranged a series of songs from the period, with a few dating back to the 1930s, though he may have known them from hit versions in the '50s, such as "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes."…

Nice old-schooled surf punk. Stemming from the beaches of Southern California and drawing on the influences of 50's and 60's Rock and Roll, the Carmines are truly "An American Band". The band can be described as loud, fast, and simple, with most songs coming in under the two-minute mark.

This isn't Sutton's tribute to Sinatra, although all the material here was recorded and made famous by him. Instead, it's her working through the nooks and crannies of his songbook, and bringing things out and putting her own particular polish on them. It could be something with strings, such as "What'll I Do?" or the intimacy of "I'll Be Around," which is as much a plea as a reassurance and resignation. Her version of "I Think of You," whose melody comes originally from Rachmaninov, is gloriously subtle, the emotion as softly drawn out as the syllables.
