SouLutions are a 9 piece soul band from the North East of England. The band was put together by Steve Lee and Louise Mehan in the early part of 2014 in order to show case their own material which they wrote over a seven year period.
Heavily influenced by Philly and modern soul there first release was the successful track Listen which was re-mixed by the Drizabone Soul Family. Listen has been muted as the soul track of 2014 and has been acclaimed not only in this country but has also received rave reviews in Europe and in the States. Mr Sun and Philly Line followed, also receiving favourable reviews.

Michael Goldwasser is a Record Producer/Songwriter/Musician/DJ. Michael’s latest project is ‘Goldswagger‘, a journey back to the r&b/soul/funk side of the reggae master. Goldswagger brings back the vibes of the late 70’s/early 80’s, when music was still recorded as live as possible in the studio and musicianship ruled the day.

Illuminations is the fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Josh Groban, produced by Rick Rubin. Similar to his previous albums, Illuminations contains songs sung in a variety of languages, including his first take on a Portuguese song, "Você Existe Em Mim", which Groban co-wrote with Lester Mendez and Carlinhos Brown. Guts For Glory are a five-piece and have been playing together since the middle of 2014. They’ve racked up a few live shows and the album is the culmination of a lot of hard work. We’ve heard the title track and it’s an interesting old-school blend of Iron Maiden and WASP. Which, let’s be honest, is nothing to complain about. Dragging music back kicking and screaming to the 80’s when it was all nice, raw and aggressive they peddle a fine line in traditional heavy metal.

Spring 2006 the remaining members, Pete, Jussi & Jari started to record the new album. In the middle of the sessions they asked one of their long-time friends, Pekka Kolivuori to step in and fill the 2nd guitarists place. The line-up was completed by the new bassist, Jukka Jokikokko (who also did the engineering of the album in the HelGate studios) at the end of 2006. "Burned Down The Enemy" (2007) marked the end of an era but also the beginning of something new.

This album was released on the label King Records (catalog number GP-3108) in Japan. As you can see, that's quite a selection of rare and hard to get songs from Ms. Longet. This cd is a no brainer, if you are a fan of hers. To have all these songs on one cd must have been a licensing nightmare, but for her fans it is most welcome, indeed!
