From the notes: "The programming of the complete Beethoven Sonata cycle has always been an agonizing process for me [Claude Frank]: 32 little pieces of cardboard were shuffled around daily, until a satisfactory result was seemingly obtained. … The main criterion was obvious: to have as much variety as possible in each concert, i.e. combine dramatic with lyrical, combine heavy with light, early with later, familiar with obscure; avoid the four sonatas in E-flat on the same program, etc., etc. But when it came to the performance it turned out that this agony had been totally unnecessary. Haste The Day is a Christian metalcore band signed with Solid State Records from Carmel, Indiana, formed in 2001. Their band is named after a lyric in the hymn "It Is Well With My Soul". They recorded their last album at Andreas Magnusson's studio in Richmond, Virginia. The first single, "Travesty" was released on their Myspace May 4, 2010.

Emerging from Liverpool, England in 1980, Echo and the Bunnymen were hailed as the vanguard of a new psychedelic-rock movement. While vocalist Ian McCulloch's cryptic lyrics and Will Sergeant's colorful guitar arrangements do evoke the dark, brooding intensity of '60s groups like the Doors, Echo and the Bunnymen owed more to English post-punk than '60s rock. Featuring songs that range from the supercharged three-chord garage rock of "Do It Clean" and the crashing album opener, "Going Up," to the hazy neo-psychedelia of "Villiers Terrace" and "Pictures on My Wall," CROCODILES is a remarkably good debut, one that established Echo and the Bunnymen as one of most creative and charismatic English rock bands of the '80s.

La riedizione su CD, contenuta in un solo supporto, contiene solo 16 dei 20 pezzi originali.
